Rule 233
The right to remove obstructions
The authority to remove obstructions caused by the use of this regulation and to give necessary orders or instructions subject to the constitution and this regulation shall be the right of the chairman in consultation with the executive management advisory committee. Such orders or instructions should be approved by the next meeting of the Assembly. Orders or instructions so approved shall be deemed to be in accordance with this regulation.
